From the heart

Four black teens in Philadelphia with nothing other than weekly tranpasses and opinions. Still, the criticism and general interpretation seem to change from day to day regardless of aforementioned teens consistency.

When life gives you lemons...

...you paint that shit gold, apparently.

Not a quote that I necessarily agree with, but I do bang with this Atmosphere LP entitled so (When Life Gives You Lemons...You Paint That Shit Gold). The Cd's pretty old now (If you consider material from 2008 to be old) and it's not really a favorite among Atmosphere fans in comparison to their other projects. But, I think this is the type of CD that is made for just certain people to vibe to...and commiserate with.

You got a 37 year-old white rapper, whose testimony's consist of killer Hangovers from the night before that leave shamefully in a stranger's house the morning after taking a shower, having a complex onesided relationship with a waitress from a local diner, drinkin' beer, smokin' cigs, and other common dilemmas of a middle aged, youthful bachelor.

These Guys really know how to throw one together. The compositions are soothing, the messages are clear yet distinctive, and I could almost guarantee any Lowlife would find this CD therapeutic. I betchu!

Honestly, I'm not really fond of his lyrical talent (or lack thereof). But I definitely fucks with the delivery, and every song comes with a catchy flow.
